What is Flip Image?

Flipping (mirroring) an image creates a mirror copy along a horizontal or vertical axis. Horizontal flipping swaps left and right — useful for correcting mirrored text, creating symmetrical designs, or adjusting the composition direction of a photo. Vertical flipping swaps top and bottom — useful for creating reflections or correcting upside-down scans. Unlike rotation, flipping does not change the image dimensions.
